SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:
All orders require 20 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before shipment. This means your order will be packed and ready to ship 20 days after you place it. Please do NOT expect same-week shipping - we are a small team packing each mystery bag by hand.

Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders via Air Mail to the United States and other countries. Tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time (AFTER the 20-day processing period):
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Other countries: 10-25 business days

Total Time from Order to Delivery:
Processing (20 days) + Shipping (7-25 days) = 27-45 days total

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We are NOT responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service issues
- Once your package leaves our facility, delivery time is controlled by the carrier
- If you need your order by a specific date, please DO NOT purchase mystery boxes

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still not found, email us within 7 days of the "delivered" status.

Customs & Import Taxes:
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country.
